As a representative office of Pakistan, the Consulate General performs multidimensional jobs, including provision of consular services; facilitate trade promotion (there is a Commercial Section); provide guidance to Pakistani community towards establishing better relations with the local populace; and facilitate better understanding of local laws, customs and traditions. Besides, the Consulate encourages our community to form associations to foster harmony among themselves; provide support and guidance to organize suitable social and cultural functions to foster a sense of community and pride in them; and motivate them to conduct themselves in a manner that brings good name and credit for Pakistan.
 

APPEAL FOR “PRIME MINISTER’S RELIEF FUND”

People of Pakistan are facing devastating effects of recent floods and unprecedented rains. Many have lost their lives, others have been displaced. More over there has been losses to property. The situation requires immediate attention and financial help. There is urgent requirement for tents, aqua tablets, equipment for purifying water, food supplies and medicines.
